Jakarta – Jum’at, 25 Februari 2022 Universitas Budi Luhur launching fakultas baru, yaitu Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi yang berganti nama menjadi Fakultas Komunikasi & Desain Kreatif. Fakultas Komunikasi & Desain Kreatif memiliki cita-cita yang sangat luhur dan mulia yaitu dapat berpartisipasi aktif membangun generasi yang tidak hanya cerdas berbudi luhur, namun juga dapat berpikir kreatif. Karena, seperti yang sudah kita ketahui bersama, ketika kita cerdas tidak berbudi luhur, maka kita akan cenderung membodohi dan mencelakai orang lain, begitu pula jika kita berbudi luhur tidak dibekali dengan kecerdasan, maka kita akan gampang sekali menjadi sasaran penindasan dan kejahatan orang lain. Setelah kita sudah cerdas dan berbudi luhur, maka kita harus kreatif, cerdas berbudi luhur nampaknya kurang jika tidak dibekali kreatifitas untuk mengembangkan dan menciptakan ide-ide baru untuk mengikuti perkembangan jaman saat ini. Fakultas Komunikasi & Desain Kreatif ini juga menawarkan program konsentrasi by research, yang artinya mahasiswa dapat mengambil beberapa mata kuliah dan sisanya by research yang menghasilkan gelar magister.
